Mobile Jaw Crushers
Mobile jaw crushers offer compact and highly efficient solutions that minimize transportation and setup requirements by crushing material directly on-site through a jaw crusher system integrated onto a tracked mobile chassis. Material is transferred from the feed hopper to the crusher and is fragmented by being compressed between movable and fixed jaw plates. The crushed material is collected onto a conveyor belt from the discharge opening and the process flow continues. Due to its tracked structure, the machine can be easily positioned on-site and rapidly transported to different locations. With this integrated design, the crushing operation is performed directly on-site in an uninterrupted and operationally optimized manner.
