Bucket Washers
Bucket washers are high-efficiency washing equipment that work on the principle of washing sand and fine aggregate and separating them from water and fine particles through a rotating bucket wheel system. After the sand and water mixture is fed into the washing tank, the rotating bucket wheel lifts the material from the water and carries it upward, and during this process, clay and fine particles are separated from the water. While the separated fine materials and excess water are removed from the system through overflow, the cleaned sand is dewatered through buckets and conveyed to the discharge point. In this way, product quality is improved, moisture content is reduced, and suitable material conditions are provided for subsequent processes.
