Spiral Washers

Spiral Washers

Spiral washers are effective washing equipment that operate on the principle of removing clay, silt, and fine particles by continuously moving material in water with the aid of a rotating spiral shaft. Material is fed into the washing tank together with water and is continuously mixed thanks to the rotation of the spiral, allowing dirt and fine particles on the surface to be released. While separated fine particles and dirty water are removed from the system through overflow, the cleaned material is transported upward by the spiral movement. At the end of this process, the dewatered and cleaned product is taken from the discharge point and brought to the appropriate quality level for subsequent processes.
