Planet type concrete mixers are advanced technology mixers that work on the principle of obtaining a mixture with high homogeneity thanks to the mixing system that rotates around its own axis while simultaneously performing orbital motion inside the drum. After aggregate, cement, water, and additive materials are fed into the mixer drum, the mixing arms perform circular motion both around their own axis and inside the drum, creating an effective mixture throughout the entire volume. Thanks to this multi-directional motion, materials are distributed evenly and high homogeneity is achieved even in low water ratio, dense mixtures. When mixing is completed, the mixture is rapidly and controllably discharged through the bottom discharge gate, allowing the production process to continue efficiently and uninterruptedly.
