Feed Bunkers

Feeding bunkers are critical equipment used for stockpiling material and transferring it in a controlled manner to the crushing-screening system, providing regular and continuous feeding in the production line. Material is introduced into the bunker via loader or truck and temporarily stored, during which a systematic flow system is created. Through the grizzly system, large and unwanted pieces are separated, and only properly sized material is transferred to the downstream process. Subsequently, the material is transferred to the crushing-screening line in a controlled manner through vibrating feeders or conveyor systems. This structure ensures continuous and balanced feeding, thereby sustainably guaranteeing continuity and operational efficiency in the production line.

Vibrating Feeders

Vibrating feeders are high-performance equipment that ensures the balanced, continuous and controlled transfer of material to the crusher or screening system. The working principle is based on advancing the material in a regular and directional manner through vibration movement generated on the feeder surface. Material is fed into the feeder hopper in a controlled manner; it is transported forward on the surface by vibration created by eccentric weighted motors or electromagnetic systems. Vibration intensity and frequency settings are optimized according to the physical properties of the material, allowing the feed rate to be controlled with precision. Through this structure, a homogeneous, uninterrupted and efficient material flow is provided to the crushing and screening lines.

Stock Bunkers

Stock bunkers are heavy-duty equipment that enable safe storage of processed or intermediate process materials and their controlled transfer to the production line when needed. The system operates on the principle of regularly receiving material into the bunker chamber, storing it securely, and discharging it in a controlled manner depending on process requirements. The stored material is directed to the line according to production needs, providing uninterrupted and balanced flow. Thanks to this structure, production continuity is maintained, operational efficiency is increased, and inventory management becomes more effective and optimizable with automation-compatible systems.

Rock Bunkers

Rock bunkers are heavy-duty equipment that enable controlled acceptance of large-sized stone and raw materials, temporary storage, and regular feeding to the crushing-screening line. The system begins with the transfer of material to the bunker hopper via loader or truck; the durable bunker structure safely withstands high impact loads. Material accumulated in the hopper is directed to the feeder in a controlled manner without disrupting flow continuity, and is regularly conveyed to the primary crusher through a vibro or track feeder system. This operational structure minimizes the risk of overloading, maintains line continuity, and optimizes efficiency throughout the facility.
