Log Washer
Log washer is a high-performance washing equipment that works on the principle of removing clay, mud and sticky dirt by subjecting the material to intense friction effect thanks to its dual shaft and paddle mixing system. After the material and water mixture is fed into the washing tank, the paddles on the counter-rotating dual shafts strongly mix the material and the dirt layer on the surface is separated by friction between particles. While the separated dirty water and fine materials are removed from the system through overflow, the cleaned material is taken from the discharge section and transferred to the next process. Thanks to this structure, highly efficient cleaning is achieved and product quality is optimized.
