Dewatering Screens

Dewatering Screens

Dewatering screens are systems that enable obtaining products with low moisture content by effectively separating water from the material thanks to high-frequency vibration and inclined screen surface. After the mixture of washed material and water is fed onto the screen surface, water and solid phase are separated from each other under the effect of high-frequency vibration. While water passes through the screen surface and is discharged, the solid material progresses backward due to the inclined structure and is gradually dewatered. At the end of this process, the product reaching low moisture levels is taken from the discharge point, thus both product quality is improved and more suitable material conditions are provided for subsequent processes.
