Cement Silos

Cement silos are industrial storage systems that enable safe and enclosed storage of powdered cement and its controlled transfer to the production line. Cement is filled into the silo through pneumatic systems, and during the filling process, integrated filter systems effectively control dust emissions. The fill level inside the silo is continuously monitored through sensors, optimizing operational safety and inventory management. The bottom conical structure directs the flow of cement, enabling its transfer to the screw system, and in this way cement is transferred to the production line in a controlled, uninterrupted, and precise manner.

Planet type concrete mixers are advanced technology mixers that work on the principle of obtaining a mixture with high homogeneity thanks to the mixing system that rotates around its own axis while simultaneously performing orbital motion inside the drum. After aggregate, cement, water, and additive materials are fed into the mixer drum, the mixing arms perform circular motion both around their own axis and inside the drum, creating an effective mixture throughout the entire volume. Thanks to this multi-directional motion, materials are distributed evenly and high homogeneity is achieved even in low water ratio, dense mixtures. When mixing is completed, the mixture is rapidly and controllably discharged through the bottom discharge gate, allowing the production process to continue efficiently and uninterruptedly.

Twin Shaft Mixers

Twin shaft mixers are high-performance mixers that operate on the principle of obtaining homogeneous and rapid mixing by moving materials at high speed and intensively through mixing paddles on two counter-rotating horizontal shafts. After aggregate, cement, water, and additive materials are fed into the mixer drum, the paddles on the dual shafts rotate in opposite directions, creating a powerful mixing effect. In this way, materials are mixed homogeneously in a short time through three-dimensional movement and the desired consistency is achieved. When mixing is complete, discharge is performed quickly and in a controlled manner through a bottom gate mechanism, thus allowing the production process to continue uninterruptedly and efficiently.

Mobile Concrete Plants

Mobile concrete plants are flexible and highly efficient facilities that produce concrete with quick setup in different job sites thanks to their integrated production system built on a compact and transportable structure. Aggregates are taken from integrated bunkers and directed to the weighing system; cement is dosed through a silo or integrated system and water and admixtures are added to the process with precision measurement systems. All components are homogeneously mixed in the mixer unit to obtain the desired concrete quality. The produced concrete is transferred to the discharge point for direct use or shipment, while the mobile structure provides operational flexibility and site efficiency at the highest level.

Fixed Concrete Plants

Fixed concrete plants are high-capacity production facilities that automatically dose aggregate, cement, water, and additive materials to produce homogeneous concrete in accordance with predetermined recipes. Aggregate is taken from bunkers and directed to the weighing system, cement is transferred from silos to the weighing unit through screws, and water and chemical additives are dosed with precise measurement systems. All components are mixed in a controlled manner in the mixer unit to obtain a homogeneous mixture. As the produced concrete is transferred to the transmixer or relevant discharge point, dosing accuracy, production continuity, and quality standards are effectively managed throughout the process.
