Tertiary Crushers

Tertiary crushers are high-efficiency crushing equipment that operate with high-speed rotors and impact plates designed for fine and delicate crushing operations. Acting in the tertiary crushing stage, they reduce the material coming from previous processes into smaller, uniform and homogeneous grain sizes. Material is fed in a controlled manner to the crusher and gains speed through the impact effect created by the rotor operating at high revolutions. Through the guidance of rotor blades, the material in contact with the crusher plates is gradually fragmented thanks to the multiple impact principle. Secondary Impact Crushers

Secondary impact crushers are crushing equipment that operate with high-speed rotors and impact plates in order to reduce the material obtained after primary crushing to smaller and more homogeneous sizes. Material is fed into the crusher from the upper feed opening and is subjected to impact force at high speed by means of hammers mounted on the rotor. Through this impact, the material strikes the adjustable impact plates located in the crushing chamber and fractures, being gradually reduced to the desired size through the multiple impact principle. Thanks to the adjustable discharge opening, the final product size is controlled with precision, while homogeneity and efficiency are maintained in a sustainable manner during the production process.

Pneumatic Breakers

Primary impact crushers are high-capacity equipment that perform the initial crushing stage by applying powerful impact force to the fed material through a high-speed rotating rotor and adjustable crushing plates. The material is taken into the crusher through the upper feeding opening and gains kinetic energy through the high-speed rotation of the rotor, where it is then struck against the crushing plates. As a result of this impact effect, the material rapidly fragments and is gradually reduced to smaller, processable sizes. Thanks to the crushing opening that can be adjusted with a hydraulic system, the final product size is precisely controlled, while process continuity and production efficiency are effectively optimized.

Cone Crushers

Cone crushers are high-performance equipment that operate on a crushing principle by compressing material between a fixed outer shell and a moving inner cone, which is driven by an eccentric shaft. Material is fed into the crushing chamber through the upper feeding opening, and the circular oscillating motion created by the eccentric shaft causes the inner conical structure to continuously approach and move away from the fixed surface. As a result of this motion, material is progressively compressed between the two surfaces and fragmented, and during the crushing process, it continuously moves downward so that the size reduction operation continues. The product that reaches the desired size is discharged in a controlled manner from the lower outlet, thereby optimizing production continuity and process efficiency.

Vertical Shaft Impactors (VSI)

Vertical Shaft Impactors (VSI) are advanced technology equipment that work on the principle of crushing material by impacting it through a high-speed rotating rotor. The system is based on the material being fed into the rotor from the upper feeding opening, being accelerated at high speed to gain kinetic energy, and then being fragmented by striking against a stone bed or specially armored surfaces in the crushing chamber. Thanks to this impact effect, the material acquires a cubic form and product quality is improved. The crushed material is discharged in a controlled manner from the lower outlet, ensuring process continuity and optimizing production efficiency.

Jaw Crushers

Jaw crushers are basic crushing equipment that operate on the principle of crushing material by pressure between a fixed jaw plate and a movable jaw plate driven by an eccentric shaft. Material is fed between the two jaws through the feed opening and is compressed and fractured as the movable jaw moves back and forth due to the rotation of the eccentric shaft. The crushed material is discharged in a controlled manner from the adjustable discharge opening at the bottom. The discharge spacing is optimized through hydraulic systems to obtain the desired product size, and in this way process efficiency and product quality are managed sustainably.
